1. General Information

These Terms and Conditions govern all business transactions between Import Export Trader (hereinafter "we", "us" or "the Company") and its customers. By placing an order or creating an account, you agree to these Terms in full.

Import Export Trader is a B2B wholesale supplier of electronics. Our services are exclusively available to registered businesses, traders, and legal entities. We do not sell to private consumers.

2. Account Registration

To access wholesale prices and place orders, you must create a business account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete business information
• Keep your account credentials confidential
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account
• Accept that account approval is at our sole discretion

We reserve the right to refuse, suspend, or terminate any account at our discretion, particularly if we suspect misuse or fraudulent activity.

3. Products & Availability

All products listed on our platform are subject to availability. Stock levels are updated regularly but may change due to high demand. We reserve the right to:

• Limit quantities sold to any single customer
• Withdraw any product from sale without prior notice
• Correct pricing errors at any time before dispatch

Product descriptions, images, and specifications are provided in good faith. Minor variations may occur due to product batches or manufacturer updates.

4. Pricing & Payment

All prices are listed in Euros (€) and are exclusive of VAT unless otherwise stated. Applicable taxes and duties are the responsibility of the buyer.

We accept the following payment methods:

• Bank Transfer (SEPA / International Wire)
• PayPal (Business accounts only)
• Wise (formerly TransferWise)

Orders are not confirmed until full payment has been received and cleared. We do not offer credit terms unless agreed in writing.

5. Shipping & Delivery

Orders are dispatched from our EU warehouse within 24–48 business hours of payment confirmation. Delivery times vary by destination and carrier. Please refer to our Shipping & Delivery Policy for full details.

Risk of loss and title for goods passes to the buyer upon dispatch from our warehouse. The buyer is responsible for all import duties, taxes, and customs fees applicable in the destination country.

6. Returns & Refunds

As a B2B wholesale supplier, our returns policy is as follows:

• DOA (Dead on Arrival): Items found defective on arrival must be reported within 48 hours of delivery with photographic evidence
• Incorrect items: Must be reported within 48 hours of delivery
• Returns must be authorised in writing before being sent back
• Unauthorised returns will not be accepted

Refunds for approved returns are processed within 5–10 business days. We reserve the right to offer replacement goods in lieu of a monetary refund.

7. Warranties

Where applicable, products come with a 12-month warranty against manufacturing defects. This warranty does not cover:

• Physical damage caused after delivery
• Water or liquid damage
• Damage caused by improper use or modification
• Normal wear and tear

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Import Export Trader shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, arising from the use or inability to use our products or services.

Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the value of the order giving rise to the claim.

9. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep confidential any pricing, business terms, or trade information shared during the course of the business relationship. This obligation survives the termination of any business arrangement.

10. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the European Union and the jurisdiction of Germany. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the German courts.

11. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Continued use of our platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms. We recommend reviewing this page periodically.

12. Product Grading & Condition

All used goods sold by Import Export Trader are graded and, where applicable, listed with observation codes describing their tested condition. Grades and codes are provided for guidance only, to help you make an informed purchasing decision.

Grading Explanation

• NEW — New condition
• A Grade — Used, tested & functional, good condition with normal signs of use
• B Grade — Used, tested & functional, moderate cosmetic damage or heavy user marks
• C Grade — Used, tested or untested, condition unknown, may be damaged, incomplete or defective
